We were planning our move from out of state to Connecticut. So many details to attend to. Thank goodness for my Good Neighbor Jessica at State Farm Insurance located in my new home town. She was warm & friendly while extremely professional & knowledgeable of the specific requirements & offerings available to us when making this life changing move. so i called them 4 days before my policy was to be renewed to cancel my insurance. i went with someone cheaper. the lady on the phone said ok and even asked if they could call me in 6 months to check up incase i ever wanted to go back to them. so 3 weeks later im getting bills from them about my insurance that i canceled. i had to contact the chat feature on the website to see what was going on. looks like they never cancelled it.
