so i called them 4 days before my policy was to be renewed to cancel my insurance. i went with someone cheaper. the lady on the phone said ok and even asked if they could call me in 6 months to check up incase i ever wanted to go back to them. so 3 weeks later im getting bills from them about my insurance that i canceled. i had to contact the chat feature on the website to see what was going on. looks like they never cancelled it.
