I attended a conference at Curtis Ballroom yesterday and I want to give a big shout out to the kitchen and wait staff! Normally catered food for a large event means rubbery chicken and low quality food. But not here! They served a Mediterranean themed meal and it was amazing! The greek dressing was the best I have ever had and the chicken was suburb! I rarely leave reviews like this, but the food was that good!

My husband and I celebrated our marriage with friends and family at the Curtis Ballroom last June. Tiffany was a wonderful coordinator and went above and beyond in suggesting ideas for how to make the occasion special. All of the staff was incredibly sweet and kind, and the service was great. The location and space are great, and our guests very much enjoyed the use of the outdoor patio to play corn hole and view the mountains.
