Had the worst experience with this garage its mechanics,owner and service mngr. While repairing one small issue they caused damage to my Air Suspension System in my Jeep handing me back a broken vehicle, as if I wouldn't notice! Such Arrogance! So, anyone who cares and takes pride in their vehicle I would advise against taking it to Curtis Automotive.

What an incompetent group who works here.They can't fix anything at all, and even after months in the shop and thousands of dollars down the drain, they also refused to let me speak to the owner. This proves he/she doesn't care about customers so why would you go here? They broke as many things on my car as they fixed and never returned a single phone call. I had to call over and over and over and over to say "What's going on.". Each time I found out pretty much nothing.
Best automotive shop around.Jim Curtis is a great businessman and an all-around good guy. Does what he says. Charges fairly and doesn't cone out with hidden surprises! Have been with him for years, and here I'll stay!
