Their customer service is amazing and always very helpful. Very professional and they're always on time and very clear communication. Mechanics are very friendly and helpful when you ask a question.
They had my car for months, and during that time I probably made 25 calls — almost all of which went unanswered. When I finally got the car back, it was in worse shape than when I dropped it off. The doors wouldn’t open properly, the power systems didn’t work, and most of what I paid for wasn’t fixed or functioning. This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had.
Had the worst experience with this garage its mechanics,owner and service mngr. While repairing one small issue they caused damage to my Air Suspension System in my Jeep handing me back a broken vehicle, as if I wouldn't notice! Such Arrogance! So, anyone who cares and takes pride in their vehicle I would advise against taking it to Curtis Automotive.
