My mother had been involved in a serious car accident in December of 2024 and her car was towed here. He was rude when I initially called, I realized it was like 15 minutes until closing time I just had a few questions. He was also rude the next day when we went in to get some things out of her car. Unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries from the accident. This time is already stressful enough, it doesn't need to be compounded by a bad attitude. It'll be a cold day in Hell before I ever recommend this company.
I went in because of a weird sound in my engine bay, one of the guys was nice and knew what was going on, took him about 30 seconds to find out my A/C compressor was messed up. Saved me some money on getting a diagnostic ran on my car. Good people
Back in July of 2022, I had an incident with a racoon in my 2015 VW Golf. I came to Curtis to get repairs for my bumper which had been zip-tied together to keep it from falling apart. Periodically I would call to check in and see what was going on with my bumper, trying to get an idea of when I would be able to get my car fixed. I even supplied a grille which I had prior to the accident to maybe expedite the process.
