Very unprofessional, failure to communicate well about car and things inside of it. Two young kids with no backpacks at school, because they refuse to let anybody near the car.Unless they pay 800 to take it and 500 to sign the title over.
Amazing service. This January they raced to get my car off the highway, out of the snow, and to the nearest autoshop. Their driver was friendly and their customer service very accomodating. If I ever run into another semi's brake debri in IL, I'm calling Curtis Towing.
They will do work to your vehicle without permission then charge insane prices .. no communication what so ever.. would not recommend
