Few years ago the agency let me a flat which was completely filthy and full of defects . When I moved in I found Condoms and rubbish under the bed , blood on the mattress, window full of dust and mud, etc, Back then I only just came to London as a naive foreigner and I was in rush to find a place to stay , I know nothing about how a rented property should look like condition wise , I didn’t know about my legal right , and I was being treated like a fool by the their agent .
