Best to avoid - Been waiting 6 weeks to hear back about blood test results that we got told should take 2-3 days. After numerous calls and being told we would be contacted "that day", I wish we just decided to go somewhere else.
This is a fantastic vet practice. All the vets are very kind and professional. Dr Rayya is definitely my preferred vet. She was so incredibly attentive and professionally skilled when my whippet Lulu had a terrible, huge rip in her skin which required surgery from the amazing Dr Serena. Following the surgery and removal of the stitches Dr Rayya guided me to cleanse and treat the wound for another 2 weeks, I was able to email Dr Rayya daily with photographs of Lulu’s wound and was given reassurance and advice daily. I had a very good experience with the vet yesterday however, was not informed of the actual cost of the tick vaccine before I agreed to it. $433 more expensive than the usual monthly chews I buy (for the year that is) This is not an insignificant amount and when I raised this with them today - asking that they inform patients of the actual cost - reception just didn't seem to care.
Absolutely amazing. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, caring and they listen. Usually our vet visits are traumatic due to our young blue heeler being absolutely terrified . Well not today. A combination of a lick mat, kindness, a great vibe and a very knowledgeable vet with common sense made this visit a success for Maisie and me!!!! I highly recommend the Curtin Vet.
We are so hugely grateful to Dr Raaya at this practice. She has been remarkable with a very sick dog of ours. She has made the journey of his farewell much easier than our last vet and her compassion and kindness has always shone through. Thank you Dr Raaya and an even bigger thanks you to nurse Amy Coles who encouraged us to look at this great practice and linked us with Dr Raaya
