Absolutely horrendous! No one goes to a doctor/hospital/clinic because they want to, but because they NEED to! Although Doctor Gregg and Doctor Lynn are fabulous, the receptionist and the especially the nurse is super rude! We went to give blood multiple times and she has been super entitled and rude, looking at us like we’re lesser human beings just by being there. Don’t go!
I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS IF I COULD. first, i got sent to the wrong room and was rudely interrogated about a “referral form” and when i didn't know, the staff was rude and dismissive. no one clearly explained the process like sorry but if i knew everything already, i wouldn’t be here right???? like GUIDE ME. YOU'RE THE MEDICAL STAFF. plus queue system is basically just for decoration only. i did my due and took a number, sat down, and yet somehow another person who didn’t even take a number got called in before me. so... read more
While the service itself was fine and the other receptionist was kind and helpful, I had very disappointing experiences with the Indian receptionist during my visits. She was openly rude, dismissive, and clearly irritated by basic questions, which is completely inappropriate for a patient-facing role. Her attitude and lack of competence significantly detracted from the experience and reflected poorly on the business. This is an issue management needs to take seriously and address.
