Rude receptionist on the call, lovely nurse and doctors though.
I’d give zero stars if I could. The Indian receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional — definitely needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills.” They will get annoyed if you try to ask questions and make you feel guilty asking questions. And no need to be on time for your appointment cause the doc always late. Just go somewhere else
I would give the receptionists a zero stars if I could. I tried calling this place multiple times, as I couldn't book online due to s shortage of doctors. And the receptionist would pick up, doesn't even greet with the place and their name (as it should have been done in any professional organisation)...just said "hello". And what's worse? She pretended that she couldn't hear me when I proceeded to ask if I could book an appointment, but just kept on saying "hello, hello, hello". Went to the doctor to get a medical certificate for an extension for my exam. She was highly unprofessional, asking me personal questions that had nothing to do with the question in hand. I felt very uncomfortable and she was rude to me and my situation. Will not be going there
Have been using their mecial serices and advice for about 20 years and have been happy for all this time.
