While the service itself was fine and the other receptionist was kind and helpful, I had very disappointing experiences with the Indian receptionist during my visits. She was openly rude, dismissive, and clearly irritated by basic questions, which is completely inappropriate for a patient-facing role. Her attitude and lack of competence significantly detracted from the experience and reflected poorly on the business. This is an issue management needs to take seriously and address.

I would give the receptionists a zero stars if I could. I tried calling this place multiple times, as I couldn't book online due to s shortage of doctors. And the receptionist would pick up, doesn't even greet with the place and their name (as it should have been done in any professional organisation)...just said "hello". And what's worse? She pretended that she couldn't hear me when I proceeded to ask if I could book an appointment, but just kept on saying "hello, hello, hello". Went to the doctor to get a medical certificate for an extension for my exam. She was highly unprofessional, asking me personal questions that had nothing to do with the question in hand. I felt very uncomfortable and she was rude to me and my situation. Will not be going there
