They cut my window shades too small and stated that I gave them the wrong size. I talked a lady while leaving the store and she stated the same thing with her. Very unfriendly! If you are smart, never order window shades from this store!
I have lived ten miles away my entire life and never went in. Not sure why. I’ve looked for new curtains for several months and hadn’t found anything that I liked. I decided to try the curtain shop. Who would have known they would have multiple curtain options and something for everyone?! In addition to curtain they had other home decor which was also very nice. I found the perfect curtains. To top it off the sweetest young lady helped me out. I’ll be back soon to check out the rest!
They cut all my window shades too short in width. The store manager went into detail why I was wrong and not him. They would not work with me to fix the problem unless I paid for all new shades. As I walked out the door, another customer came up to me and said her shades were cut too short too. Customer is always right, even if they are wrong. Good business practice!!!
My large blind broke. Bring to curtain shop can fix it possible few months send it to ups bring it home
