Product and installation was good. It was the scheduling that needs to be better
Terrible experience from start. Ordered plantation shutters & verticals for sliding doors in last week of October, job was finished today April 14. One set of shutters were 12cm short when measured & one set missing at installation. All shutters were 2 big for windows so doors sag in middle so need to be lifted to close. We should have been informed about this & had more doors. Customers service returned one call out of 12 when saying they would call back.
