Absolutely, fantastic customer service, they really go above and beyond and have far exceeded my expectations! From the first consultation of deciding what blinds to go for to the measuring and fitting, and the finished results. I cannot thank June and her team enough for their work. They have expert opinions on colour matching, and they really helped me pick the best suitable product for my home. You wouldn’t think it but these curtains made my house into a home. Well done to all the team, I couldn’t recommend them enough!
What an amazing service start to finish. So impressed with my shutters. June was so amazing, friendly and accommodating… She was a good laugh too☺️ the fitting and installation went amazing and ahead of schedule. I will definitely be going back to curtain gallery again. Great job guys👍
Do not use these guys! We paid over 4k for some blinds. Installers came round and completely butchered the mounting of the brackets leaving holes in our new roof. After trying to contact the manager for sometime finally got through for the manager to not even offer any cash back or any kind of deal, Absolutely appalling service. After spending thousands of dollars, feel Absolutely ripped off. And the blinds dont even operate smoothly now they say they have finished them.
I purchased a plantation shutter for my 6yr old daughters, first Renovated Bedroom. This was check‑measured by an installer from Perth Blinds. The product arrived with multiple manufacturing faults, including misaligned and angled hinges and screws, as well as bowed stiles and panels & panels(Louvres) that are too heavy for the frame. The shutter was installed by a qualified carpenter with 25 years’ experience, and even he confirmed the product was defective.
