They had to come back THREE times to install my curtain’s correctly. The last time the sales person came with the installers and she did nothing to help the situation. I had to tell them to put curtain weights on the edges. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. THE ONLY REASON I used them was because they had the fabric that I wanted. Nina(the owner) reffered us to joanne fabrics because she believed we couldn't afford her products this was so disrespectful i wasted my time to come i knew what i wanted.
We went in to get some curtains made for our home. They were so so helpful and got us where we needed to be. Curtains can be confusing and they were great at explaining the differences between styles and fixtures. We will definitely be using them for any other projects we have! Couldn’t recommend enough!
I had an excellent experience with Sue and her team. She was very responsive and helpful with our commercial project. I would definitely use them again in the future.
