Disappointed in the lack of communication through the company as a whole. Nice reps under Curtis but never heard much feedback from the main agent. . . And it doesn't change the overall experience.
In my opinion, I think Rael Hodgson is going to take all of his business. If it wasn't for Jenna & Cathy, and their customer service, my review would be 1 star. All I get told when speaking with him is to call the 1-800 #. I got nowhere but now I'm with Rael Hodgson & her team has the man power to assist. They got my Lexus policy cancelled (Curt didn't). They got my refund for Lexus policy (Curt didn't). Very disappointed. Its ok though. I mean, who wants a 2100sq ft house, a Lexus & an Infiniti as an insurance agent? Thanks... read more
