Took about 2 weeks to get it put in the shop to look at it. Took me calling them and they didn't answer a few times so I called several times until they answered. But it only took less than a day once it got taken into the shop to look at it.
Bad communication. Not professional at all especially their worker Duncan. Do not recommend. Bad business
Had a transmission rebuild on a 2004 ford freestar 4.2 engine three years ago which is used for a backup vehicle so it doesn't get drove much paid over 2200.00 dollars for the transmission rebuild drove it 500 miles and it lost all forward gears reverse still works it wasn't completely rebuild he must have replaced the bad parts and charged me for a complete rebuild. Will never recommend Robert curry to and friends or family or my worst enemy very dishonest people
