Competitive prices and friendly, quick service! They got me in and out quickly.
We had a flat tire and got in around 7AM. The lady that ran the shop was super professional and helped us even before their 7:30AM opening time. She was able to source a tire extremely quickly. The team got us back on the road fast!! Thank you we now consider you part of our family 🤩
My experiences from three service visits at Mr.Tire, Pickett St. Alexandria, VA have been excellent. The most recent included wheel realignment after hitting a curb. Mr. Tire store Manager Fida Mohammad and Service Rep. Ms.Theiska both provided courteous professional advice and also honored the 90 day warranty from the previous alignment, resulting in no charge for the realignment. I appreciate this kind of service and will continue to due business with this shop.
Had two tires both with nails in them. They walked me through my options, and were very helpful. I was on my way in a couple hours.. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them for future automotive needs.
