I was able to get an appointment for the same day for my tires to be replaced. When I got there and first learned they didn't have the tires I was looking for, they were able to get them elsewhere AND complete the install and alignment all within about 2 hours while I waited.

Went for an alignment as well as balance and rotation the other day. They completed the alignment then told me the technician looked at my tires and said I didn’t need a balance and rotation. “They looked at my tires’”. Balance and rotation is a maintenance function to prevent uneven wear. This should have been done prior to the alignment. You don’t look at tires to determine if they need to be balanced. I went to another tire shop and was quoted double the price, I would recommend this place if you prefer to receive the service you requested and not worry being upsold on random repairs you did not ask for. Professional and efficient.
