I have been a tenant at Woodlawn West Apartments for four years now. It is the nicest apartment complex here in Laurens Co.. However, for a few years now, we have been having some issues with some of the outside teens jumping our fences and swimming/trashing our pool. We have also been having problems with them breaking into our vehicles. Law enforcement has been notified each time and so has the front office at Curry. I live in Woodlawn and.at first was happy here no real trouble except every issue was about money. But the last couple years we have kids from out in the neighborhood jumping the fence and.going in the pool. We get no support to were I do not feel as safe here even though it's a gated community. When complain to the company they tell us there is nothing the can do. And the cops say there is nothing they can do because curry knows who lives here and they are the only ones who can sight the trespass form. This is very sad situ... read more

I am so disappointed in Woodlawn West apts. I have lived here over three years. When I first moved here we had no problems, but in the last two years I have had my car broken in three times this really upset me! I live next to the swimming pool and now we have small and large kids from outlining neighbors coming to swing in the pool. They are making so much noise and throwing trash all over the pool area.
