Gloria offered excellent customer service 👌🏽
Went in, waited at the counter, rang the bell. 5 minutes and never was spoken to. One employee eating in break just ignored us
Rude and aggressive in store customer service. They route all their calls through a call center so it takes a while just to even get a hold of the store. Made the wrong order - refused to fix it or accept fault - instead tried to blame the customer for using delivery service. Lake Forest location is must better and much nicer.
