Terrible experience and still no progress on my hernia. This place is just another corrupt insurance biller. They want to push drugs and bill your insurance rather than focus on proper medical care.
My grandchild and daughter, while working with a Pediatrics FNP-C for an Eating Disorder, were disrespected and insulted openly on multiple occasions on a requested visit. While I understand the Medical staff do not have the necessary training specific to patients with eating disorders, I would expect a more understanding conversation to take place between the FNP and the Parent, who has VAST experience and knowledge which would have benefited all. Requested a same day appointment, automated system had me leave a voicemail and never heard anything back
Went in because I had the flu really bad and Could not keep food down the doctor told me basically that I was big enough to not eat for a few days and be fine. There’s been Multiple bad experiences this is the only doctor I am able to go to right now and it is honestly the worst
My son was brought to the emergency room part of this clinic because of incredible pain and a kidney stone. He was brought in via ambulance on Monday. His medical condition had not improved , and on Friday he was still an incredible pain. When I called the clinic to see if he could be the same day by a provider, they were refused to see him.
