I do not recommend using this health company. They do nothing but money grab you. This place does nothing for the cure but will do anything to keep getting more money out of you. The only good thing about this place is the same day appt office the primary care side and the emergency room are horrible and the customer service is horrible I'll be looking for a new provider that is not part of curry health
Receptionists have always been nice, but the same day care provider, I think its Dr. Green, is not nice, nor have I had any good experiences going in. My first time going in, I had a really puffed up face, burning eyes, and I could hardly see. She couldn't identify the rash on my face or arms, didnt offer any advice. And just stuck me with a steroid shot. My friend, Whos a hunter, was able to identify the rash within seconds as poison oak. horrible service. needed an MRI and my Dr. and I have went in and called 6 times and no one ever calls back. this is IMPORTANT but they dont care. Will be contacting a lawyer
Went in for a CT scan, they got me in super quick, did their thing, and I was out within minutes. Staff were nice and had a good sense of humor. Something I think a lot of folks forget, is how rural this area is, even if there is a couple of fast food joints in the area. If you're looking for a top notch medical community, go to Medford... but for rural coastal living, we're lucky to even have what we have... be patient with the staff, be a good patient while you're there... patience in essence, goes a long way.
Terrible experience and still no progress on my hernia. This place is just another corrupt insurance biller. They want to push drugs and bill your insurance rather than focus on proper medical care.
