I recommend him to anyone, experienced or new to real estate transactions. We have never had any delays from him and it’s a pleasure anytime I go to his office for a closing.
He was supposed to handle the sale of our house. He didn't respond to email in a timely fashion. He didn't help with issues of the house parking. I am not sure what if anything he did to earn his pay. He didn't even show up for the closing.
He is very unprofessional. We email him and it takes many days to get his reply. This is causing delays to our closing.
