Can't speak to their mechanical expertise, only had a basic 5k mi oil change and tire rotation on this visit. The front end was professional, the service prompt.
Just waited 2.5 hours for an oil change. Was not advised when I arrived that there were any delays or that it would be a longer than usual wait. Checked in with the desk around the two hour mark and was told it was going to be 15-20 minutes longer. That time came and went and still no updates from anyone. I understand shops get busy, but a little communication goes a long way and there was none.
What a colossal disappointed this service department was. Having moved to the area recently, we were looking to have our 2022 Tuscon serviced. After making an appointment for 7:45AM to drop the car off I was optimistic that it wouldn’t take long - basic service. After being told that someone would call me upon completion, the call never came. After waiting several hours and calling twice I was told the car was ready.
