My service associate was Chadwick (or Chad) and was not helpful at all. I dropped off my car for diagnostics at 10:30am and was told it would take a few hours, which is fine. Around 2pm, I received the full car report and I texted Chad saying I’d come back to the service area by 3pm. When I got there, Chad was nowhere to be found. Last Thursday July 23 Thursday evening my best friend said that I take you to the dealership now to test drive it so I did I love the car. I meant the car salesman.
