I was given an estimated completion date for my repairs and even went out of my way to extend my rental vehicle to accommodate potential delays. I specifically told my representative, John, that my rental coverage ended on 6/8/26 and that I needed my vehicle completed by that date. He was fully aware of my situation. I’ve taken my civic here twice for body and parts work after car accidents and the car has looked perfect both times! My car’s color is an odd blue grey but they matched it exactly! It looks brand new

Terrible service, lack of professionalism, and poor customer service. Rear bumper repaired poorly, started separating the day of repair. I have contacted by email and phone and keep getting transferred and ignored. A month later and still have not been supported.

I don’t know about other people experience but i regret that I be trust them and go fix my car with them . Look at my car bumper before accident and after they fix look so ugly it not look the same anymore. Look at my car pic before accident and after accident and they fix . None of the customers will happy if they fix car like this and will never go fix my car again .
