The office staff was friendly. They held my car for a month and a half even though the insurance company provided statements of the check being processed. I ended up missing the holidays with my family due to them holding my car; also had a death in the family that I couldn't spend time with. They also charged the insurance for a rim replacement but didn't replace it. They tried to rotate my tires and rub oil on it so I would miss it. They took 1 month to fix body work, they told me my car was ready and it wasn’t. Inconvenience me from my job and all. They made more problems with my car then I had.
The service you offer is absolutely unacceptable. I will never use your services again—not even the service center. You consistently mishandle my car and refuse to take accountability for your mistakes. I entrusted you with a drivable car, and now I’ve been given a car that can’t even drive. They even admitted that my car was working perfectly fine when they received it. I had to arrange for a tow truck to retrieve my car so I can take my business elsewhere to professionals who actually know what they’re doing
This place is a JOKE. Went for an estimate that they said would take 20 minutes and ended up there for well over an hour. The woman at the desk was never available, always in the back room chatting with the other employees. The team seemed disorganized and inept. The man we worked with wouldn't take of his sunglasses during our entire experience. The estimate was confusing and when we asked questions, there were little to no answers. Communication became worse after the first week. I recommend checking in on your car in person. However, the work was done and completed. The ability to use the Uber desk at the service center is nice. They will take you home and pick you up if you call them to get you.
