I sent my 2017 Honda Accord to Curry Honda Collision Center for repair. Then the insurance company called and said my car will be a total loss and the Copart will come to pick it up soon. I didn’t expect that because the car was in a normal driving condition. It was just the left back corner bumper and light broken. The dealership exhibited a lack of accountability for the damages they caused to my vehicle. They attempted to manipulate me by claiming that previous work had been done and that the car appeared in that condition when I dropped it off, which was clearly not the case. They even provided photographs of my bumper, stating that it was already in the same condition as the ones in the pictures, when those damages were not present. Currently, my car’s bumper is in a state of disarray.
This has been a wonderful experience working with this company. I went to a mechanic prior that truly messed me up. Curry was able to identify the problem and fix. From start to finish the professionalism and knowledge of what was going on was amazing and truly appreciated.
The office staff was friendly. They held my car for a month and a half even though the insurance company provided statements of the check being processed. I ended up missing the holidays with my family due to them holding my car; also had a death in the family that I couldn't spend time with. They also charged the insurance for a rim replacement but didn't replace it. They tried to rotate my tires and rub oil on it so I would miss it. They took 1 month to fix body work, they told me my car was ready and it wasn’t. Inconvenience me from my job and all. They made more problems with my car then I had.
