I was on the ramp from I85 to I285 when my vehicle was hit by a piece of flying tire retread. At first glance I thought the damage was just superficial however it was not. After opening a claim with my insurance company, I contacted Curry Honda Collision to inquire if they would be able to complete the needed repairs. Terrible Service, if anything goes wrong they hold 0% accountability and responsibility. Customer Service is at the bottom of the list. They will not work with the customer at all, if anything goes wrong that’s your fault. I went in for a windshield replacement to be installed. I dropped off my car on Monday 10/7 and picked it up on Sat, 10/12. They slapped a cheap 3rd party replacement that looks terrible. I went on that following Monday on 10/14, to see what was up. My car is here for more than 2 months. They are saying that parts are unavailable and can tell me when they can repair my car . Also they took my car and they knew that the car seat belt retractable is out of stock for 2 years but still took car for repairs without letting me know. Now they are refusing to give me my own car and are also refusing to take it to another repair shop. They are holding my car for no reason if you can help me at least give me my car .
