The service you offer is absolutely unacceptable. I will never use your services again—not even the service center. You consistently mishandle my car and refuse to take accountability for your mistakes. I entrusted you with a drivable car, and now I’ve been given a car that can’t even drive. They even admitted that my car was working perfectly fine when they received it. I had to arrange for a tow truck to retrieve my car so I can take my business elsewhere to professionals who actually know what they’re doing
This place is a JOKE. Went for an estimate that they said would take 20 minutes and ended up there for well over an hour. The woman at the desk was never available, always in the back room chatting with the other employees. The team seemed disorganized and inept. The man we worked with wouldn't take of his sunglasses during our entire experience. The estimate was confusing and when we asked questions, there were little to no answers. Communication became worse after the first week. I recommend checking in on your car in person. However, the work was done and completed. The ability to use the Uber desk at the service center is nice. They will take you home and pick you up if you call them to get you.
Held SUV for 1 week+ for minor collision damage, recommended by Statefarm, only to inform me they could NOT service vehicle because it was too big..Avg SUV size. Gladly took insurance referral but unable to deliver w/lackluster communication. Avoid if you have an SUV, not worth run around or delays.
I was on the ramp from I85 to I285 when my vehicle was hit by a piece of flying tire retread. At first glance I thought the damage was just superficial however it was not. After opening a claim with my insurance company, I contacted Curry Honda Collision to inquire if they would be able to complete the needed repairs.
