I ordered the Paneer Biryani and have mixed feelings… I’ve never had this dish before, this is my first time with paneer. The description said the dish was served over rice, but that is not how it came. It was constructed like a bowl… all mixed together. I like the taste of the dish, however there wasn’t a lot of paneer. It was primarily rice. Maybe 5 cashews total which was really sad. Also there was a mysterious… pit? In the food… to me it looked like a peach pit. Very odd and off putting. Overall, kinda disappointed.
⭐ Very disappointing experience at Curry Corner! I came here craving samosa chaat after hearing so much hype about this place. I waited patiently for a long time, expecting the food and service to be worth it, but unfortunately, neither was up to the mark. First time we went I gave 5 stars all the way, price, service, atmosphere, We have gone back 3 times and each time there was less meat, nothing like the first visit! Disappointed because the first impression was fantastic! The food is good don’t get me wrong but less and less meat each time we have gone there. This time I’m basically eating flavored rice with a touch of meat!
We have eaten and enjoyed Curry Corner for years and had it delivered tonight using Uber Eats - sadly the quality had gone downhill over time and tonight the chicken and vegetable korma were both curdled. The sag aloo was textureless soup. The chicken tikka masala was cold and needed heating. We have loved it here and enjoyed the food for years, but sadly now we won’t be back, it is too expensive for cold, curdled, soupy food. Videos of saag aloo and curdled korma.
