Brooks Olesby Junk-This practitioner gets a 0/10. She prescribed my mother bipolar medications after my mom stated she liked a movie of a bipolar person. She did no further assessment before starting her on an old school strong medication. My mom became so much worse, angry, confused, and I almost thought I would need to admit her into the hospital. We tried to get ahold of Brooks and she's 100% unavailable to her patients. I called daily for a week and finally decided to have my mom stop taking the med, she improved. Brooks... read more

I concur with the review below. The front desk is less than helpful, can’t answer even the simplest question about services and doesn’t know who to transfer you to. Can’t speak to their actual service as it’s near impossible to get an appointment. A year ago I was able to make an appointment. When I called the day before the scheduled appointment to verify, I was told that that person was no longer there and there was nobody else who would accept my insurance. SPICER HEALTH CLINIC Been here about 5 times including today...Want to start off by saying that front desk ladies are neither friendly nor helpful, they treat you as if they are paying for your visit. Secondly, supposedly on sliding scale, depending on income, I apparently do not qualify even though i make almost minimum hourly... Thirdly, it took them three months to go through my paperwork and give me an appointment. Wonderful place to come in out of the rain. Meals are ready almost every day if you find yourself hungry, the staff are fun to be be around & very nice. It's also a community kitchen come here to cook if you do not have the ability to
