If you have any where else you can go to recieve care, do that. And I do mean anywhere...if Ronald McDonald himself is taking appointments, book it. I waited 8 months to finally get in to see someone, even though they knew I was not medicated during that time. When I finally went in to that appointment I was quizzed about why it took so long to get in...what? why are they asking me? I called every 2 or 3 days for months just to be told they couldnt get me in. Had one appointment, recieved a form letter in the mail a week lat... read more

My niece has been seeing Alani (child Trauma therapist) on and off due lack of communication from the staff and Alani's lack of professionalism. Since the first session Alani has failed to engage my niece, you can tell she has no patience and it comes through in the way she speaks, breathes and addresses my niece. Her dismissive behavior towards my niece is inappropriate. Most if not all sessions were ended prematurely by her. If I could give negative stars, this would be dear God, save your self negotiate 10 stars. I was septic and dieing in Infront of them begging for help. Was told to not be so dramatic and ice the pain. Saved at different hospital.(ASANTA MEDFORD. Attacked by billing at this one. CURRY HEALTH.
