We were doing a hard 'shop and compare' with this business, at the time of our visit. Friendly, but not pushy, knowledgeable and honest. Told them what we were looking for ( 2 quads, 4x4 and one would need a blade ). Couldn't have been more accommodating. Edited: Rating changed. We were supposed to have been contacted with a pricing quote, on the following Monday after our visit, which included accessories. It's been several weeks. Nothing.
