My experience was satisfactory as usual. Over the past 10-12 years, we have purchased three vehicles for my use, and my first independent purchase would make four, including two Acadias, a Chevy Cruze, and recently, a Buick. Seems that the new game for every car salesman including thangh @ curry auto always sale the car your looking @ before you arrive for your appointment to look at the car and of course they got the higher trim level for more money I say if there is a appointment and this happens they need to sale the higher trim level @ the lower trim price

Our family had a terrible experience here. My father-in-law had negotiated a deal and made and appointment to purchase and pick up a Buick the owner's wife had been driving as a demo model. We arrived and the vehicle was dirty. The sales people and sales manager were very stand offish and not their previously friendly selves. After waiting to get answers to a couple of our questions, they told us they actually weren't able to sell the vehicle yet because it didn't have enough miles on it. WHAT?
