Decent and consistent service. Could do better with status updates. For example, during my last visit, the team was apparently waiting for me to okay the use of a secondary manufacturer part due to GM discontinuing the original and waited until I physically arrived for a status update despite me calling earlier for one. However the service was still very good and I no longer have a car that deafens me while driving. John was very helpful, went above and beyond what was expected to make sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted. He had very prompt service and was very kind. Also very enjoyable and patient to be around, and was accommodating to my needs. He spent so much time with us and let us look at every vehicle. If you ever are looking for a car, John Beaty is the man for you.
