We have visited Gallatin Honda several times over the years for our vehicle services, but after losing both vehicles, we were in need of a second. Reanne spoke with my husband regarding our trade in and was super helpful. Adam was amazing. He was considerate of my needs and took the time to work with us to find a good reliable vehicle fit for me. I have found Pearson Honda to be a very welcoming place whenever my dashboard lights tell me it’s time for a visit. To Chad the owner, I recently was purchasing a vehicle from your dealership, two of your sales people couldn't have been more helpful. They provided me with all the information I was looking for over the course of three days. I negotiated a price with Anthony and your general manager Shawn and left a $500 Deposit on February 4th at 6:00 p.m. Confirmed with Anthony I would wire the balance of $40,464 the next morning. Purchases a brand new honda sport and was told oil changes would be free the first year. They only honored the first oil change. Called called Kevin the sales guy and he said he would take care of it and would get in touch with me within the hour. 14 calls later and two messages and two weeks have gone by and still no word. Shady business practice. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW: I have been a loyal Honda customer for years, but my recent experience at this service department was disappointing. Since moving to the larger office, customer service has declined. There was no clear place to stand, no greeting upon entry, and I waited 5–7 minutes on crutches while multiple staff members were available.
