Very disappointed in the fact that they will not allow a half hour consultation instead they steer you in another direction because you don’t want a hour consultation “double the price “ when you take on a rescue and you only need a check up for validation that the animal is okay they want to charge double the price. Very disappointing wouldn't go back there again and the price was well over the top $330 just to see the vet doctor and the rest off the bill$220.00 a total off $570.00 and it was impossible to get a word in with the vet doctor every thing was rush by him he was keeping his eye on the clock ⏰️ and they never mention the cost off are vist when I call them neither did they mention the cost with,us at any time when we were there so just keep it in mind about the cost that you might be up for at currumbin Valley vet 🤔
Misdiagnosed bird, lectured a homeless and disabled person about conditions of their bird that weren't true without having 100% information on the case. Arrived late for his own appointment and blamed the clients for being behind Refused to look at the bird until they finished an unnecessary lecture about seed species of Australia, whilst making a passive racist comment about Indigenous people. Was warned by a lot of Vets on the Gold Coast to avoid this person as he thinks being the only Avian vet locally makes him special? ... read more
