Sub par standards. truly disgusting state, pungent smell of urine in hallways and room massive stains, genuinely trauma inducing. staring out the window to see wasps and years old spider webs, neglected, depressing....old bedding, disturbing carpets, I felt gross siting in room. I had to leave within 2 hours from stench of human waste. Is this Australia's new standard for private health? shame, shame.... how is one ment to get better with conditions like this? should be shut down...
It went from 5 star to 1 star however lifted to 3 star once they were not at full capacity. This rehab should never operate at full capacity as they do have the resources or business plan to cope. The business divisions operate in silos. That is the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. This results in either miss or no communication which significantly impaires the delivery of the service. So I left before my time went to class came back to my room found my lagagge off the spare bed in my room and clothes on the couch apparently they need the other bed in my room for another patient coming in they should of told me there was another patient coming in and who gives them the right to touch my stuff was in there for a week and a half the food was below standard only had sandwich s great place to lose weight the chef needs to go back to school the food I wouldn't even give to the animals at the welfare league.the ... read more
