The customer service is absolutely atrocious. They over charge and they point out other 'parts' that need to be replaced even if you tell them it had just been replaced from brand new!!.
Highly recommend this mechanic if you are after honesty and reliability. Being new to owning a couple of cars, I have learned a lot through the process and really appreciate the support and guidance I received from all the team here!
If you're researching mechanics via google reviews like I did, I can’t recommend Pete, the rest of his team and Cindy highly enough. They are always incredibly reliable, honest, and efficient. Whenever I have car issues (which seems to be more often than I’d like!), they always take great care of everything and get it sorted quickly. Very glad to have found these guys. Pete has great attention to detail and care for his customers - the first mechanic to point out substantial leaf debris in my wheel arches which can rust out the subfloor. Going to bring my other car here too from now on
