I had no heat and hot water ,they came and fixed it charged me almost $ 300 dollars .Two weeks later had the same problem ,they came and fixed it charging me another $4 hundred and seventy dollars ,I feel I'm getting ripped off .It shouldn't been fixed the first time .Never again
So bad experience ！！！zero stars ！ At the time of scheduling the appointment, your company failed to inform me of any diagnostic or service fees. After completing the inspection, the technician charged me $125 which came as a complete surprise and caused significant dissatisfaction.If I had been made aware of the fees beforehand, I would have made an informed decision about whether to proceed with the service. This lack of transparency violates the basic principle of consumer rights to informed consent.
