Confirmed appointment twice, no show. Bad attitude first time they came.
I had a technician come out when my furnace was not working. He was there for several hours just throwing new parts at my furnace. I didn’t get a real sense that an actual diagnosis or assessment was taking place. It shut down again a little soon after he left. Since it was thanksgiving Eve, I did not want to call them back again so I changed the nozzle, which is something that’s done with just about every maintenance event. I had no heat and hot water ,they came and fixed it charged me almost $ 300 dollars .Two weeks later had the same problem ,they came and fixed it charging me another $4 hundred and seventy dollars ,I feel I'm getting ripped off .It shouldn't been fixed the first time .Never again
