This lodge is beautiful!!! We enjoyed everything about it. The rooms are a cozy cabin fel, with a fun theme to each room!! The place is pet friendly, but some rooms are not ! We brought our 2 dogs with, so we chose a pet friendly room, and the lodge welcomed the dogs with their own dishes and treats!! The lodge includes free lake activities to do, which was so fun for our 2 little kids we brought with! Free little breakfast bakery item and coffee in the mornings !! Terrific place to stay! My grandparents too my cousin and I here for a special vacation, and might I add my dogs first vacation! We had the most amazing time. The hosts are so inviting and generous. They kept the coffee house stocked with housemade goodies and fresh coffee:) The couple that owns the place were so sweet to my girl and told me about their therapeutic animal programs they also work for, hence their absolute open arms to our furry friends. They have by far wowed me in the hosts services and amenities!
We had such a fun time here! My kids caught their first fish ever, we had fun on kayaks and canoes - and the service was amazing. Morning coffee was tasty! Couldn’t have asked for a better get away.
We stayed here in June visiting some family and had a blast. It's a nice cozy spot right on the lake. Kayaks and fishing poles are available to borrow at no cost. We also rented the pontoon boat for a day and was a good time.
Lola and Shawn were very nice and accommodating! Being that I travel for a living I wanted to switch things up and stay somewhere that wasn’t a chain (marriot, Hilton, etc) so I discovered this quiet gem. Who needs a gym when you have Free kayaking? That’s right. Lake front rooms. Down the street from a bunch of food options. Highly recommend this place.
