Made an appointment over the phone , they asked me what insurance I said medicare / Medicade they said ok they set my appointment up , then i ,waited for a week to find out my insurance is not in their network I filled out their questionnaire and personal Information written all down , I was having a hard time seeing the questions they were asking little print I'm almost 50 years old do they not have big print YET ? I had my first visit today and it was the first time in a very long time that I felt heard and understood. After a couple of years of frustration and disenchantment, I've found where I want to receive medical care. Thank you so much for being caring, understanding, and generally awesome!
Compassion and caring come to mind. I can't tell you what it's meant to have this local clinic where you get treated like a human. I've seen all 3 providers and they have been honest, thorough, and genuine. A lab in Seguin was not able to draw my blood despite 3 people trying and I scheduled the blood draw here. The nurse was super transparent and listened to my concerns and did everything she could to prepare. She got it on the first try despite my whimpering and wiggling (needle anxiety... it's a thing).
