I had my first visit today and it was the first time in a very long time that I felt heard and understood. After a couple of years of frustration and disenchantment, I've found where I want to receive medical care. Thank you so much for being caring, understanding, and generally awesome!
Compassion and caring come to mind. I can't tell you what it's meant to have this local clinic where you get treated like a human. I've seen all 3 providers and they have been honest, thorough, and genuine. A lab in Seguin was not able to draw my blood despite 3 people trying and I scheduled the blood draw here. The nurse was super transparent and listened to my concerns and did everything she could to prepare. She got it on the first try despite my whimpering and wiggling (needle anxiety... it's a thing).
