Excellent service, and answer all question regarding my Chevy.
I was given a quote for an engine in the total cost of $15,000 for a new one and $7,000 for a used one when I already knew there wasn't anything wrong with my engine! I had just had it another shop and was told it was the timing belt and they couldn't fix the check engine light so they suggested I take it to the dealer to get the code looked at..After being told by Chevy it would be $15,000-$7,000) I took it to my old mechanic and he was able to adjust the timing belt for $400. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving was the worst service I experienced ever. Someone unraveled the protective ribbon under the hood. I saw it before leaving the dealership. After I pointed it out, they used black electrical tape (seen in the pictures). I've been going there since 2019. This was my first service appointment having an extended warranty.
