Buyer Beware! 2 Weeks after purchase, Vehicles Thermostat failed and had to pay out of pocket even though I added the bumper to bumper warranty. They do not explain the Bumper to bumper warranty the right way. (They use a 3rd party) Technician Managment refused to even re-inspect Vehicle for other possible failures and didn't do anything to help. I believe that no service person should be qualified to work there; when they’re mentality is that it’s ok for a brand new vehicle off the lot to make noises from the brakes because it’s a common thing. Purchasing a new vehicle with zero miles should. It has noise coming from the brakes for a few months not even a week as it’s a brand new vehicle. For any person servicing a vehicle to say it’s ok is unacceptable
