Buyer Beware! 2 Weeks after purchase, Vehicles Thermostat failed and had to pay out of pocket even though I added the bumper to bumper warranty. They do not explain the Bumper to bumper warranty the right way. (They use a 3rd party) Technician Managment refused to even re-inspect Vehicle for other possible failures and didn't do anything to help. I believe that no service person should be qualified to work there; when they’re mentality is that it’s ok for a brand new vehicle off the lot to make noises from the brakes because it’s a common thing. Purchasing a new vehicle with zero miles should. It has noise coming from the brakes for a few months not even a week as it’s a brand new vehicle. For any person servicing a vehicle to say it’s ok is unacceptable
Excellent service from the moment I drove into the garage. Rebecca Davila was my service advisor and she was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She explained the issue the car was having, told me when the parts were available, and let me know when the car would be ready for pickup. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
