We had been seeing Dr Chappell for a few years just for basic checkups and vaccines which had been fine. We recently started seeing Dr Lee the past few visits and it’s gone nothing but downhill. Our most recent ‘appointment’ with Dr. Lee was the final straw. I brought our almost 15 year old Chihuahua (with a heart murmur) in because she has a badly infected mouth due to her teeth. While there was a mixup with my appointment (as it was accidentally booked for Jan 2, 2025 rather than Jan 2, 2026 😅), this clinic was able to get me in regardless. When my last vet miscommunicated to me and I was unable to get my cytopoint here afterwards, they were again very accommodating. Dr. Nguyen even left her lunch break to squeeze us in for an exam, rather than just the injection tech visit as originally scheduled (which was redundant by then anyways due to my previous vet's mistake).
