Extremely unprofessional. Front desk staff is least bothered. Everytime i feel as if I am in a fish market. Front desk staff always is found chit chatting loudly with out thinking about the well being of the patients. My family physician has left the clinic and untill now there has been no followup or any information given with regards to an appointment of the new doctor who will be replacing my family doctor. Ridiculous! Our medical system is just falling apart:(
Can’t answer the phone, dr is great I don’t want this review to impact him but the customer service is not good at all. Also can’t book an appointment online for some reason the website tells you to call, which is next to impossible when the clinic doesn’t pick the phone up.
Very poor customer service, Could wait for hours on hold just to get someone from reception to talk with. Very Disappointed.
Dr. Rena Ahmed was nice and knowledgeable.
