Extremely unprofessional. Front desk staff is least bothered. Everytime i feel as if I am in a fish market. Front desk staff is always found chit chatting loudly with out thinking about the well being of the patients. My family physician has left the clinic and untill now there has been no followup or any information given with regards to an appointment of the new doctor who will be replacing my family doctor. Ridiculous! Our medical system is just falling apart:(
I am so glad that I was accepted as a patient at this clinic. The front staff are just amazing, being a main walk-in clinic in this area, they are run off their feet most days but they are always friendly and kind to me, Dr. Reena Ahmed is amazing. Such a lovely lady and I feel like I can talk to her about whatever issue I have. She is very thorough and I am grateful for her advice. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Bakir. He is one of the most patient and compassionate doctors I’ve ever met. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and always makes me feel comfortable and respected. His professionalism and bedside manner are truly exceptional. It is rare to find a doctor who combines such kindness with such expertise—I feel very lucky to be under his care.”
If you don’t value your time, this place is for you. Too many doctors, not enough room. I would be surprised if the College of Physicians of Alberta didn’t have their eye on this place.
