The worst clinic I have been, the staff at Windermere are the absolute worst. They put you on hold and forget about you. One employee there who has no clue what it is like to be a front facing staff said I did not have the right to be upset for being placed on hold for no reason, for almost 20 minutes ‘cos she is trying to help me.
Bad experience with Dr Reena.she is very rude .. very good when you go walk in. But if she is your family doctor , she will come and check you in 1 mint and go away. She don’t want to listen patient much. Not recommended 0/5 …
Doctor Emmanuel Izuagba is a wonderful doctor with compassion, kindness, patience and provided me with a very thorough exam. I highly recommend this doctor for anyone looking for a new physician.
The doctors are very nice and accommodating. However, I always have bad experiences with the receptionist. Most of the are rude. Just talk to the Indian lady who called me regarding appointment for my laboratory results. It seems that she doesn’t want to talk to a patient. I am still talking when she dropped the phone on me. You can review your phone call we we talk for only 10 seconds. I don’t know what her problem is, but they should at least respect the people that they are dealing with. She is so mean and disrespectful.
Once I finally found my way in, it was easy to access. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and kind. The Doctor was so amazing I would switch doctors if she was taking new clients! There is not a lot of parking but it's easy to get into
