We bought our two AC systems from Current Force at the end of 2023, to be ready for summer in our new home. Jason came through to do the initial instal. Shortly after, only one unit has been working. Through numerous back and forths, with Mitsubishi and Jason, unfortunately the second system has never worked. And Jason has since ghosted us. We have spent considerably more on electrician call-outs to fix the issue (as Jason nor Mitsubishi will despite the warranty), and the cost has been more than the AC itself. Jason was professional and responsive to deal with. I had recently moved into my new unit with no air conditioning, and I wasn’t coping well (I know, spoilt!). Jason and the team were quick to organise a great system with a prompt and professional installation. It’s been six months since the install back in April, and I’m still very happy with it. Jason from Current Force Electrics was fantastic to work with. He was responsive from the start and handled the challenges of our double-brick apartment with no issues. He liaised directly with the body corporate to secure the necessary approvals, provided smart advice on the AC layout to minimise external piping, and arrived on time.
