At first, I thought Manisha was very knowledgeable due to the initial 2 hour session detailing what electrolysis is and how it works. But my second appointment was supposed to use 3 of my 6 Groupon sessions and due to an international flight delay, I was not able to make it. I notified her about 20 hours in advance not 24 like her policy states and she refused to honor the 3 sessions. I can only tell you about my first 15 mins of hair removal and that is not enough time to make a judgment about Manisha's skills. The first 15 min consultation was almost 2 hours long I got there at 5:30 pm and left about 7:25 pm with only 15 min on my hair removal. For a professional she is totally irresponsible about her clients when it comes to customer service. I had spoken to her about this issue day one and she gave me an excuse. She probably does good work, she is incredibly knowledgeable about her field. However, I did not enjoy the consultation I had. I waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone came to the desk to acknowledge that I was waiting. Then, even after I explained that I have had a lot of experience recieving electrolysis, she still spent nearly an hour describing the whole process.
