Incompetence at every level. These guys installed infrared heaters for us. First they refused to read the instructions and used 8 spots on my breaker for 2 25-amp heaters. Second, one of the elements on a heater did not work and the guys refused to believe it was their fault so they claimed it was defective. When they came to do a troubleshooting with the manufacturer the geniuses almost killed themselves as their tool exploded in their hand along with a huge flash of light and black burns all over the heater.
