Incompetence at every level. These guys installed infrared heaters months ago that to this day are unusable. First they refused to read the instructions and used 8 spots on my breaker for 2 25-amp heaters. Second, one of the elements on a heater did not work and the guys refused to believe it was their fault so they claimed it was defective. These guys are awesome and I will call on them again. Installed GFI outlets in my older home and then called again to help with the old fuse box. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
