This has to be the most unreliable auto dealer in all of Illinois and America. Their words mean absolutely NOTHING! They say they will call you back. I called so many times and its a month later. I spoke a sales rep Kelly, no luck. She lied to me too. I was escalated to Kevin, the sales manager, he was no help either. We had an amazing time buying a used Tesla at Current Automotive. Agnes was absolutely fantastic! She took the time to get to know us and figure out exactly what we needed without any sales tactics or pressure. We highly recommend seeing Agnes at Current Automotive in Hinsdale!

I sold my car to Current Automotive. It promised to pay the positive equity within 4 weeks. The whole process was a disaster. Current messed up the paperwork and dragged its feet in fixing it. Ultimately, I waited almost 4 months for my positive equity. It took dozens of phone calls and attention from the general manager to get employees to do their jobs. I traded in my old car for a newer one and transferred my existing plates. It has now been 7 months, and I still haven’t received the title. Neither the title nor the registration was submitted to the DMV. Now, with expired license plates, I can’t even drive my $100,000 car. I’ve spent the last 3 weeks trying to get answers, and my bank has been trying to reach the dealership for 6 months. This is completely unacceptable. I’m still hoping this issue can be resolved without having to take legal action.

I have not been to a car dealership for over 25 years due to bad experiences. I have let my husband take care of that area. Fast forward, my son has been dreaming of owning a Tesla for 10 years.
