During our conversation, he abruptly hung up on me while I was still speaking. Terrible management. Just aggressively bad. Hope you don’t have to meet Jessica! Update: The (possibly automated) reply says “we are committed to addressing any issues. Please contact our office so we can discuss your concerns and work towards a solution”. This is total BS. Do you think I didn’t bring this up with them already? UPDATED BELOW IN RESPONSE TO THE LARK Formerly known as The Current - guessing the name change is the run from the reviews. If I could give a 0 ratting I definitely would. The place is loud, dirty, and they are trying to bill us for expenses we did not incur. When my daughter and her friends moved in their rooms were filthy, someone else's dirty clothes under the bed, etc. However, they were freshman and did not really know better so they cleaned up and moved on.
