Pretty good place. One of the better apartments in Bloomington. Pretty reasonable pricing.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I subleased here and had one of the worst housing experiences of my life. The management at Current Latimer Square does not care about their residents, they only about charging fees and avoiding accountability. I was misled about rent adjustments, falsely told the shuttle would take me to the hospital (which it didn’t, and it was discontinued with no warning), and repeatedly dealt with safety issues like a broken fob, a front door secured with a ZIP TIE, and fire alarms going off in the m... read more
