UPDATED REVIEW!: I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Kurt Conley, who ironically holds the title of Customer Experience Manager. During our conversation, he abruptly hung up on me while I was still speaking. It would have been understandable if the roles were reversed, and he had valid reasons to be upset, considering that it is my account that is being poorly managed, and my money that is being spent on charges that don’t add up.
