Living at Current at Latimer Square was by far one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The list of issues is so long it almost sounds made up, but unfortunately, every one of these problems happened during my time there. • Amenities not as promised: The pool was only open for about a month the entire time I lived there. I am writing another review because of how terrible this apartment complex is. The move out process has been awful, with cleaning fees charged left and right. I was charged a 55 dollar cleaning fee for the bedroom and when asked for detailed photos this is what was provided. A bottle cap… Secondly, I initially asked if it was okay to leave small holes in the walls and the curtains I hung up half way through the year, and I was told I would not be fined. If you have time, pick another residence; it is not worth it at all! I wouldn’t even recommend it as a last resort.
Wish I could give it 0 stars. Do not sign here! They’re money-hungry and show no real care for residents. Save yourself the stress.
Current at Latimer square is a terrible place to live. For all of the positives, there are about 10 negatives to go along with it. For starters, the bus (that is no longer there) was unreliable and often late. The bus was the main reason I picked Current and I am glad to have signed at a new apartment since the bus is no longer there. The bus spots that are "conveniently placed" around current are a walk away compared to the spot right in front of the main office.
