Great place to exchange currency! I’ve came here to exchange GBP, Brazilian rials, Chilean peso, Mexican peso etc, and I’ve been given great rates and great service every time!
I attempted to exchange $500 USD for CAD, but the staff refused to even look at the bills. I was told I needed to provide "proof of withdrawal" from my home country for such a minor amount. To make matters worse, the employee suggested that if the proof wasn't in English, I would need to provide a translation. Since I had no internet reception to access my bank app, this was impossible and frankly, a ridiculous request for a standard exchange, especially for this amount.
