Extremely rude staff! Lady with the short brown hair with horrendous attitude and very aggressive. She used the F word and was aggressive. I asked for small denominations of THB she was very arrogant needs to be reported to HR. Review camera Nov 26 at around 1:30pm
I visited this place today, When I presented my passport to complete a currency exchange, an employee inspected it and then loudly mocked me. He/she said I would not be allowed to exchange money because “people like you” are “known for money laundering,” and demanded proof of the source of funds in a disrespectful and racially charged way. Compared to Google rates I was offered 26% hit on my exchange from CAD to Vietnamese dong. Btw, cibc bank had it for 3.2% markup. Complete rip off.
$3.75 service fee per currency
Absurd rates and fees!!! They gave me 3.37 Brazilian reals for a $1 CAD with $3.75 in fees! The official rate is 4.07 for $1 CAD. This place is a scam, a bank would have been much much cheaper! Their spread between buy/sell for the Brazilian real was a whopping 13%!!! Insane I'm flabbergasted by their absurd rates. I lost around 20% in a single money transaction. Dear viewer, don't make my mistake, avoid this place like it's the plague.
