Caveat Emptor - Purchased a passenger seat for my 2025 Overland. Site said available in two-three weeks. Call to confirm told end of July early August (4-6 weeks). Found cheaper and faster from another vendor, attempted to cancel with them and get hit with a 20% restocking fee. The links to all of their policies don't work and now they are attempting to charge a $140 restocking fee. I'll be keeping the seat to avoid the fee and the adding to their margins. Tell the truth I can tell you I thanked the shop for what they did the only person that was salesman and the person that came with me I wasn't even there know ur facts I can post that the contract reads the 28 that it was sent in stop the lies I asked if they could check tires because they were low and they had 22lbs in 1 of them the others were low but it was ready rt not and no one recleaned the overnight paperwork was put in box the same day it was recieved I cant control when ups picks up the things in there drop off I e... read more
