I bought a used motorcycle from Dave Curran and when I was changing the oil the very next day I had discovered there was a crack in the crankcase where oil can leak from. I had not even ridden the motorcycle. I contacted Dave and requested a full refund since it was a major defect. His response to me and in his own words "buyer beware". He also listed the motorcycle as having 12 months of rego when in fact it only had 18 days left. So that is my advice to you "buyer beware".
