From the beginning on time many many years ago. I always felt like family Barbara, Eric, Will, Narada, Sean always gave me the best customer service. They were patient and made sure that I was informed and comfortable overall. I live in New York, and this is my third vehicle with this dealership so that speaks volumes in itself. You guys rock, and Thank you for your skillset the combination of you five equates to THE BEST VOLKSWAGEN DEALSHIP EVER BUILT.
Got a brand new Jetta and the brake pads already are worn out at 18k miles completely ridiculous and the service guy tells me the warranty just expired a few days ago. You people are a complete joke.
