Cathy is rude and revolting. Wait times inexcess of 2 hours. Avoid this place.
Rude reception staff, demand you to sanitise hands walking inti the surgery each time wich is wrong, especially if you have allergic reactions. Wait times are lengthy. If I could give no stars I would.
I love the doctors at Raceview. Unfortunately the front staff seem to book patients in every 10 to 15 minutes. The doctors spend time with their patients. This the reason they run up to four hours late. This is just not acceptable. I don’t mind half to one hour but yesterday it took 3 and a half hours to see my GP. I know we have to phone to see how behind they are…I think Dr Wilson needs to improve this situation asap.and deal with his reception area.
