This review is long overdue, but the quality of the work still feels fresh every day. Luke from Curran Construction completed our basement finish project over a year ago, and we’ve been thoroughly enjoying the new space ever since. Great experience overall — respectful, efficient, and clean. Docking one star for paint drips that weren't caught before the job was called done, paint stain on countertops, wood stain dripped brushed on dryer, and a couple of hardware items that needed straightening. I would be happy to work with them again in the future but would do a closer walkthrough at the end.
Worked with Luke and his crew to add on to our house for my aging father to have a place to live. He and his crew were amazing through all the bumps and hiccups the county generously added to the process (and oh, were there bumps and hiccups!) Everyone was super responsive - and even proactive - in communication and plans for problem solving. I hope to never have to do another project like this, but if we do, Luke would be the first person we'd contact.
We are so happy with our newly finished basement! Luke and the team were great, easy to communicate and work with! We are looking forward to working together on future projects!
Loved working with Luke and his crew. Home renovations are stressful and Luke and his team were very courteous throughout. They did a fabulous job and we are so happy with everything!!!
