All great and caring doctors
Amazing practice. My son and I have been going here for 11 years. I can not rate the doctors more highly. All of the doctors are wonderful (with special mentions to Dr Jan, Dr Luke and Dr Rachel for their extraordinary care in MH as well as physical health). I’ve always found the reception staff to be friendly and as helpful as they can be to find us appointments when needed, especially when my son was a baby. Is it hard to get an appointment at times? Yes! But doesn’t that show you that they are in very high demand.
Get better reception staff. They have no clue how to talk with empathy, or with any care whatsoever. Every time I phone, different lady. Same issue. You’re a doctor practice, hire some people with some common manners.
