Extremly disappointed I traveled far and put a lot of time into coming to this practice and I gave it a second chance and left even more disappointed. I waited over 50 minutes to see Dr Lamont with no apology from him ( I can forgive that) that appointment was just to get to know eachother he said his goal was to get me healthy and working again (I'm disabled and can't work) this was a red flag but I ignored it he also bulked billed me as I live in homeless accommodation. Amazing practice. My son and I have been going here for 11 years. I can not rate the doctors more highly. All of the doctors are wonderful (with special mentions to Dr Jan, Dr Luke and Dr Rachel for their extraordinary care in MH as well as physical health). I’ve always found the reception staff to be friendly and as helpful as they can be to find us appointments when needed, especially when my son was a baby. Is it hard to get an appointment at times? Yes! But doesn’t that show you that they are in very high demand.
