From the provider side, this is a great platform with great features to get around the pain points of our EHR.
While I received good service from the staff and my new doctor, my introduction as a new patient was SEVERELY SET BACK and I was EMBARRASSED by the faulty technology of CUROGRAM, the supposedly “all-in-one, HIPAA-compliant communication platform” my doctor’s office uses to reduce phone calls and alleviate time spent on paperwork in the waiting room. We have been using the Curogram software for now more than 7 years. This has been an excellent addition to our front office suite. The program sends appointment reminders, new patient packets, insurance information. We are also able to do televisits on the platform as well as communicate with patients via texting real time.
Spamming me with emails that I am unable to reply to or opt out of.
